This Privacy Policy describes how LG CNS Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "Optapex") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Optapex platform. We are committed to transparency and your data rights.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and billing details necessary to provide the Service.
1.2 Advertising Data
To operate the AI optimization agents, we access your Amazon Advertising campaign data — including bids, budgets, keywords, impressions, clicks, and conversion data — via Amazon's official Advertising API.
1.3 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Optapex dashboard: pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
1.4 Communications
When you contact us via the contact form or email, we retain those communications to respond to your inquiry and improve support quality.
2. How We Use Your Information
Service delivery
to operate the AI agents and optimize your campaigns according to your configured parameters
Billing and account management
to process payments, manage subscriptions, and send invoices
Platform improvement
to analyze anonymized usage patterns and improve AI model accuracy

to detect and prevent fraudulent access or policy violations

We do not use your data for advertising profiling unrelated to the Service, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
3.1 Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating the platform, including cloud infrastructure (AWS), payment processing, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by us.
3.2 Amazon Integration
Optapex operates as an authorized Amazon Advertising API partner. Data exchanged with Amazon is governed by Amazon's own privacy policies and API terms.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LG CNS, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and advertising data for as long as your subscription is active and for 90 days after termination, after which it is securely deleted. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for model improvement purposes. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Korean tax law.
5. Security
Optapex employs industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, multi-factor authentication options, access control policies, and regular security audits conducted by LG CNS's security team. No system is completely secure; in the event of a data breach we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations)

7. Cookies and Tracking
Optapex uses essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences, and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand platform usage. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings or our cookie consent banner. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. International Transfers
Optapex is operated from Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you access the Service from outside Korea, your information may be transferred to and processed in Korea. We take appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR for European users and CCPA for California residents.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately for deletion.
